- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Make sure you don't need anything when you go to this store because when I recently went there to ship a package and needed a small piece of tape, I was told that tape was $4.34/roll. I emailed UPS customer service and informed them of my experience, and their reply was that each of the stores are individually owned and that they could not control how they treat customers. I drive past several UPS stores in my way to work and will use one of them instead in the future, unless they want to charge me for a piece of tape. I do not recommend this store. Voting with my wallet and my feet and will not spend money or go back to this store for future shipping needs.By Nick S, October 06, 2016
