- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!! They did nothing but stress me out the whole time I tried to buy a house . Unorganized , no communication skills and horrible customer service!!!! I can go on and on about my situation but I just want to forget I even dealt with these people. 6 months into a contract still NO HOUSE thanks to Kevin OConnell! They don't care about anyone or their situation. After turning to a more qualified lender Cornerstone denies my loan instead of transferring the file after I wait 6 months!!!!! They don't care for anyone only to get paid I will NEVER REFER anyone to them !!!By Christy Carsales Queen, May 31, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We had the best experience working with Cornerstone in Washington Mo with Kevin O'Connell. He went out of his way to make sure things ran smoothly. Steve and I felt like we had known Kevin for a long time, even though we had never met until we applied for our loan. Made us feel so comfortable and just a great guy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely recommend to anyone we know who is buying a home.
